OPTIONS

Two options are available for shipping. USPS Priority shipping (2-4 days) is $15 while FED EX shipping (Overnight) starts at $45.
PLEASE NOTE: USPS Ground is NOT for shipping shrimps. If you use this option for shipping shrimps, WE WILL REFUSE YOUR ORDER. Our DOA-Free Guarantee will also be void.
We also welcome local pickups as well (We're in Southern California). Please contact us for this option and set an appointment.

DOA-FREE GUARANTEE

All USPS/FED EX Overnight shipping comes with our DOA-Free Guarantee in which we offer store credit, a refund on the dead shrimp(s), or a shipment of replacement for those that are DOA.
Any DOA claims can be easily accomplished in three steps.

1. Take a clear picture of the dead shrimp (within 2 hours of delivery confirmation) while the shrimps remain in the unopened bag.
2. Take a second picture with the dead shrimps laid out including the shipping label.
3. Send the pictures to us. For email, please put "DOA" as the subject for speedy processing.

Store credit and refund only cover the cost of dead shrimps. For the shipment of replacement shrimps, we charge only the shipping fee.
Our DOA-Free Guarantee will be void if a customer, by their own accord, is unable to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or other problems concerning outside operations (i.e. weather, USPS service, etc.).
